  • Shipping & Delivery
  • N C Beads ships anywhere in the United States. There is an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. N C Beads also ships to Canada. Shipments are made within 24 hours of payment being received. N C Beads is not responsible for delays due to National Holidays or lost packages due to the postal service. For your protection it is suggested that you add insurance, insurance is available at your request for the cost determined by the shipping carrier. Any package that is lost due to the shipper is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. NC Beads has no minimums on all website orders however, orders over $150.00 will enjoy free shipping by the USPS First Class. If you need your order faster you will have the option of choosing your preferred shipping carrier for an additional fee.

  • N C Beads will apply a NC State Sales Tax to all orders for North Carolina Residents. If you have a NC State Sales and Use Tax License please include the number in your Special Comments / Instructions at the check-out screen and fax or Mail a copy of the original to NC Beads and the tax amount will be removed from your finial bill.   • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). N C Beads reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you need to return an item call us to get an authorization number. Items must be in the original packaging. String, Wire, Earwires, custom made jewelry and Items that have been removed from the string or damaged may not be returned or exchanged. Make sure to check your order when you first receive it and call us within 10 days. We will refund or credit your account for the merchandise cost only. Shipping will not be refunded. Return authorized items to: Stern, Inc. P.O. Box 72973, Durham, NC 27722. Include in your package a copy of original invoice with RA# printed on top. Make sure to send your package with insurance.
